Transport Planner.

Own the daily schedule, route planning and client contact. Dutch and English.

You sit between the client and the driver. That means the daily board, the route, the phone and the moment a slot moves. We are a small team, so you will know the fleet and the people running it, and you will be the person the client actually reaches.

The run

  • Plan daily routes across the 3.5-tonne and 10-tonne fleet
  • Take bookings, confirm slots and keep clients updated
  • Re-cut the board when a job lands late or a truck goes down

What you need

  • Experience in transport planning or a close operations role
  • Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Calm under a changing board, and clear on the phone
  • Based in or able to work from the Vianen depot
