FAQ
Before you put a job on the road.
The questions we get before a first booking. If yours is not here, call or send the form. We would rather answer it than guess.
- How do I book a job?
- Call, email or use the form. Give us the collection, the delivery, the window and a sense of the load. We come back with a price and a slot, usually the same working day.
- How fast can you dispatch?
- Express work is often on the road the same day, sometimes the same hour, if a vehicle is free. Night and standing routes are planned against the board. We will not promise a slot we cannot keep.
- Do you run at night and on weekends?
- Yes. Night transport is a core service, seven days. Deliveries that need to land before opening time are a normal part of the week, not an exception.
- Which countries do you cover?
- The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from our depot in Vianen. Wider EU corridors when the freight needs it. If a lane is outside our usual run we will say so before we book.
- What size loads can you take?
- From a single pallet in a 3.5-tonne van to a 30-tonne trailer load. City docks, express drops and palletised line-haul. If the job needs a vehicle we do not run, we will tell you.
- Do you warehouse or do last-mile parcel?
- No. We are a transport company. We collect, we run, we deliver. We do not hold stock and we are not a parcel network.
- How do I get proof of delivery?
- The driver reports as the job moves, and we pass that back. If you need a signed POD or a photo of the dock, say so when you book.
- What about ADR or abnormal loads?
- Tell us what is on the pallet before we accept the job. If it needs permits or equipment we do not have, we will say no rather than take it and fail it.
Still need a price.
Load, window, origin and destination. That is enough to start.
